Please properly wash, clean and completely dry the dress/clothing before submitting it to KBN Studio.
- Bring or Submit Your Clean Wedding Dress After cleaning and drying, bring your wedding dress/clothing to KBN Photo Studio And Digital Print and leave/submit it to KBN Studio for the customization process.
- KBN Studio Prepares the Customized Arrangement Our team carefully handles the submitted clothing and prepares the customized arrangement according to the selected frame format and design requirements.
- Design & Arrangement Check The arrangement and overall presentation are checked before final production.
Where photographs or other design elements are included, the design is also prepared according to the customer’s requirements.
- Professional Frame Preparation The personalized wedding memory is professionally prepared and finished in the selected 15 No Frame – 3 × 2 ft format.
- Quality Check The completed frame is checked before it is handed over to the customer.
- Pickup or Delivery After completion, the finished personalized frame can be collected from KBN Studio or arranged for delivery according to the available delivery service.

Customer is responsible for providing the dress/clothing in a clean and suitable condition.
Please remove unnecessary items, accessories or objects that you do not want included.
Inform KBN Studio about any special arrangement or customization requirement before production.
The final appearance depends on the clothing provided and the selected customization.
Because this is a Personalized & Customized Product, the final result may differ from a standard sample image.
Customer-provided clothing should be submitted only after confirming the order/customization requirements with KBN Studio.
Once the customization and production process has started, changes may not be possible or may require additional charges depending on the work already completed.
